This Privacy Policy describes how SoulPath Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and deletes data related to the Selora mobile application (“Selora”, “App”).

2. What data we may collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect and process the following categories of data:

• Account data: email address, login credentials, or authentication-related data needed to create and access your account.
• Profile data: information that you voluntarily add to your profile in the App.
• User content: messages, questions, prompts, feedback, or other content that you submit inside the App, including chat-related content if such functionality is available.
• App usage data: information about how you use the App’s features, including actions needed to provide predictions, profile features, chat, and account-related functions.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system version, app version, basic diagnostic or error information, and other technical information needed for security, stability, and troubleshooting.
• Account support and service data: information related to password reset, email verification, support requests, and account deletion requests.

3. Why we use this data

We use data to:

• create and manage user accounts;
• authenticate users and keep accounts secure;
• provide the main functionality of the App;
• generate and deliver predictions and personalized in-app content;
• support chat and profile-related features;
• send service emails such as verification and password reset emails;

• maintain, debug, improve, and secure the App and backend infrastructure;

4. How we share data

We do not sell personal data.

We may share or process data with service providers only when necessary to operate the App, such as infrastructure hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, customer support, or security services, if such services are enabled in the App’s infrastructure.

If data is processed by third-party service providers on our behalf, we require that they process it only as needed to provide their service.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the App, provide requested services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Some data may be retained for a limited period after an account deletion request if retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or technical backup cycles.

6. Account deletion and data deletion

If Selora allows account creation, users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

You may request deletion:

• inside the App, if that option is available; or
• by sending a deletion request to: selora-noreply@mail.ru

When we process a valid deletion request, we will delete the account and associated user data, except where we must retain certain information for legitimate legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Children

Selora is not intended for children where prohibited by applicable law. If we learn that personal data has been provided in violation of applicable requirements, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9. International processing

Your data may be processed on servers and systems operated by us or our service providers in jurisdictions where the App infrastructure is hosted.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data.
