If you created an account in Selora, you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Account deletion request — Selora

In your message, include

• the email address used in your Selora account;
• a short request saying that you want your Selora account deleted.

What happens next

• we will review the request;
• we may ask for basic confirmation needed to verify account ownership;
• after verification, we will process the deletion request within a reasonable period.

What will be deleted

• your Selora account;
• profile information associated with the account;
• user content associated with the account, where applicable;
• other data tied to the account, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

Important

Deleting the app from your phone does not automatically delete your account. If you need account deletion, you must send a deletion request using the contact method above.
